Terms & Conditions

"Goods" refers to any corporate gifts ordered through the Platform.

"Order" refers to a bulk purchase request submitted by the Company via the Platform.

Bulk orders must be placed through the Platform by authorized business users.

Prices are indicative and vary based on quantity, customization, or shipping; final pricing appears in the order confirmation.

An Order is confirmed only upon issuance of an order confirmation or proforma invoice by Qykly.

Changes or cancellations may be permitted within 24 hours of confirmation. After this window, no modifications are accepted.

All applicable Indian taxes, including GST, are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.

Unless stated, shipping and handling charges are extra.

Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to logistics and stock availability.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Company upon delivery.

Qykly is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or courier issues.

Returns or refunds for non-defective products are not allowed, given the nature of bulk corporate orders.

If any Goods are defective or damaged upon delivery, the Company must contact Qykly within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

Qykly will review the claim and, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or refund for the defective items only.

All content on the Platform, including branding, graphics, and text, is owned by Hyper Personalised Curios Private Limited and protected under law.

Companies may not replicate, reproduce, or misuse Platform content without express permission.

Companies must not breach any laws, infringe third-party rights, or use the Platform for harmful or unauthorized activities.

You agree to indemnify Qykly against any loss or legal liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Qykly's liability is limited to the order value. Qykly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Bengaluru.

These Terms and any linked policies constitute the entire agreement.

If a clause is held invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
